The pre-buy price will be posted daily on Haffner’s Web site and is subject to change as market conditions change. It is up to you to choose the daily posted price you feel comfortable with. As you will see, there is also an option to pay an additional non-refundable price of .40 (40 cents) per gallon and receive downside protection. Each order form will be stamped with a date/invoice number and must be mailed with your check and received within three (3) days of the date/invoice number or your order will not be accepted. Please remember that this is a contract between you and Haffner's whereby you are expected to use all the oil you contracted for. The dollar amount of any oil not used will be applied to future purchases of oil or burner service.

Under this program, you will order your oil as in the past (order the day before for next day delivery) and the driver will leave the delivery slip at your home.

To mitigate customers having to pay a large amount upfront, Haffner's has developed this new program. A customer can choose a minimum amount of 500 gallons at Haffner's prevailing pre-buy price on any given day. This is called the Cap Price. There will be a non-refundable upfront cost based on the chart found on the order form. Under this plan, you will never pay more than the Cap Price but will always pay Haffner's retail price at the time of delivery if it is less than the Cap Price.

The advantages of this program are:

• No large upfront payment.
  
• The most you will ever pay at the time of delivery is the Cap Price you chose when you purchased your contract.
  
• You will always pay Haffner's retail price at the time of delivery if it is less than the Cap Price.

Under this program you will order your oil as you always have (call the day before for next day delivery) and leave a check for the driver.
