Effective Time Period: November 1, 2008 – March 31, 2009
Last day to order oil for 3/31/09 delivery: March 30, 2009
Last day to sign-up: October 15, 2008
Payment Deadline: Within 3 days of the date/invoice number on the order form you submit. Minimum Number of Gallons: 500

The pre-buy program provides you the opportunity to choose when you feel the price is right. Remember, from May 1 to October 15, oil prices may increase or decrease. Once you purchase a contract that is your price for the amount of gallons you purchased for November 1, 2008 until March 31, 2009.

The pre-buy program is a contract. Please be careful and conservative, as you are expected to use the oil you pay for. The dollar amount of any oil not used will be applied to future purchases of oil or burner service.

As contracts are sold, a new price will be posted until that contract is exhausted and so on until the October 15, 2008 deadline is reached. Simply complete the required form below.

Each application is dated and numbered and will reserve your oil for three (3) days. If your payment is not received within three (3) days of your commitment, your contract application will be cancelled and you will need to re-apply. You must call one day in advance for next-day delivery.

What is Downside Protection?

You will always be credited for the lower of Haffner’s pre-buy price or retail price on the day of delivery for a non-refundable additional fee of .40 (40 cents) per gallon.
